Woodslake Home Care provides service in private homes, assisted living communities, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and rehabilitation centers. Our highly-qualified and trained caregivers are ready to help you and your loved ones with a variety of daily activities, such as:
Personal Care which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming, and medication reminders.
Daily Errands & Transportation (eg. grocery shopping or doctor’s appointments)
Light Housekeeping

Live-in care can be broken up between one caregiver working the whole 24-hour shift or two splitting the care between 12-hour shifts. During a 24-hour shift, the caregiver will sleep at your home and be available to provide night-time care.
